…and with the first pick of the 2005 draft, Sarah takes…

I was just checking my e-mail and I got a message from NFL.com that I can now sign up for fantasy football. Now I am excited. I’m not holding my breath that the Bucs will make the playoffs this year, but I feel confident that I can kick some butt at fantasy football. I honestly love fantasy football. I love it in an unhealthy way. I love it so much I would marry it, if I weren’t already married, and it would have me.

This is also a good opportunity for me to show off pictures of the squad in their old Bucs jerseys. Sadly, the kids grew out of these:
Last Season

I don’t know if the squad will enjoy the games anymore this year than they did last year. But, I have TiVo, so if we have to take a break for some Sesame Street or something, I don’t have to miss any of the game.
Ian couldn’t say awake for the whole game.

My friend Michelle and I were pregnant at the same time. One time she told me that she hated it when people put their kids in sports jerseys. She is really going to hate this post.
Getting ready for the game with Billy.

I guess it’s time to hit the mall and see what jerseys are available in size 2T. I’ve got my fingers crossed for Cadillac Williams and Michael Clayton, but we have to be careful. The last three jerseys Gabe bought were 1) Warren Sapp, 2) Joe Jurevicius and 3) Martin Gramatica, who are currently 1) a Raider, 2) a Seahawk and 3) unemployed.

Which reminds me. I heard a clip on Fox Sports Radio the other day, where the host was talking about how all three Gramatica brothers were out of work. He was demanding a Gramatica reality show. That might make all of the Hilton reality TV seem reasonable.

In the meantime, I’ll keep hoping that in some miraculous chain of events, Shaun Alexander in all of his greed, can sign here in Tampa. But, again, not holding my breath.
