Okay. I have had this blog for about nine months now. I have mastered posting, and posting pictures, and linking. I even figured out how to pay people to make my blog look pretty. Or in the case of old friends from college, get them to make my blog look pretty for free).
What I can’t figure out is Bloglines. I think I may have actually come to terms with what an RSS feed is, but I can’t make my own blog do it. I made a new button
but I’m not even sure it would do anything if you clicked on it. Plus, I think I added some subscriptions in my account, but now I don’t know what to do with them.
Anyway, if you are smarter than me (and I’m assuming you all are). Please explain to me how I make this crap work to my advantage.

Also have you thought about Technorati. With the use of tags it drives a lot of people to read your site. It takes some set up but is easy after that.
Whoops, I’m sorry the whole link did not show up. Just go to bloglines and do a search on your blog.
I’m so the wrong person to ask, but I think you put it in your template (not in your post) so it appears where your links are, and then people with bloglines account automatically add you.
So basically, go to bloglines.com and start an account. then add blogs to it by typing in their url and clicking “add”…it sort of explains itself. Sort of. Sort of? Damn, I totally confused you more didn’t I.
To see who subscribes to you, just click on your name in bloglines and it will say how many subscribers.
I just started poking around with it one day and before I knew it, I was subscribed to all my favorites and saving favorite posts. Call me and I’ll walk you through it.
