I can't remember why, just that we did. I think that they were probably so funny to us because they were *our* jokes and nobody else could - or would - laugh at them. It may not be a twin thing. When I was little, I was notorious for this little gem: Me: Why did the flower cross the road? Poor unsuspecting person: I don't know...why? Me: because it wanted to go to college! duh!! and I would actually act as if they were dumb for not knowing.
