  1. I follow footie, but, alas, I am male.

  2. Kemp says:

Try a blog search on UK Google.

  3. Oh god.

First, awl in the butt? A 6″ awl in the butt? I’m just stumped. Heh. Get it? He was on a stump. Anyway.

Second, any reference to Kimmy Gibler will make me giggle. And Bob Sagat is much funnier in my estimation since I saw the movie The Aristocrats.

  4. Devra says:

You can ask Claudia for verification, but I am fairly confident she was concerned that Syd was going to barf on the coloring book.

  5. Devra says:

As for spelling Sid’s name with a “y”, I can’t explain it. I just did it.

  6. Melissa says:

At least she was protecting her brother’s stuff. That’s a good thing.

I love purple skittles. I’ll trade you all the purple skittles for the 17 boxes of Nerds that we have here. What do you say? Or the Banana Laffy Taffy. Ewwwwww.

  7. Shash says:

I follow it an post about it sometimes, but I watch the EPL on Fox Soccer Channel.

    Go Man U!

    Shash

  8. QofS says:

Who sticks a metal knife thing up their ass?

  9. Kristin says:

Can’t say that I’m a true soccer fan, but I live with a diehard British Premier League fan, specifically Arsenal, so I’m a fan by marriage. I could tell you what it’s like to have 25 hours of soccer tivo’d, how my husband can manage to get his ass out of bed at 6:30am for a soccer match, but can’t hear a screaming kid at that hour and how he has traveled here, there and everywhere to see a match (sometimes taking me along). For him it has become an obsession outweighing Florida football and GASP, your beloved Bucs. The bonus for me is that a lot of the players are super hot and I must admit it is kinda fun to watch.

  10. Alicia says:

The video about Danny Tanner was great! Thanks for sharing with the rest of us!

  11. whit says:

Hey, make fun if you want, but it felt awl-fully good.

Cats hold crayons with their mouth. I thought everyone knew that.

  12. Mocha says:

Hey! Go see Susan over at: http://soccerorb.spaces.live.com/PersonalSpace.aspx?_c02_owner=1

She’s not only a fabulous gal with a large vocabulary, she’s awfully nice and sweet.

    Tell her I sent ya.

I can always count on giggling when I come here. You rock. You rock my world.

  13. Susan says:

    Hello Sarah!

Wow–another woman who is interested in international football/er, soccer?!?! Are you an Arsenal fan–”Goon Squad?” (I’m zipping through here and haven’t much time to read your space until later).

I just saw Marvelous Mocha’s comment on my site and rushed right on over. I do love soccer and I go through fits where I write about it. I don’t have Mocha’s ability to write with much regularity–nor yours, apparently.

I’ve got ya bookmarked and I’ll be back…

  14. Susan says:

I suppose it would be nice if I could get my own address right. I guess I missed that day in kindergarten.

  15. kara says:

Chiming in to say that I couldn’t stand Saget before the Aristocrats and now. He kills me. Not kills me in the big knife up my ass way, but in the metaphorical funny way.

  16. Christoph says:

I like soccer, duh! But I don’t really care about any of those British teams. I would assume that Champions League must be pretty interesting for overseas soccer fans. It has all the greatest and overpaid players in the world and you are not bored with two little local rivals competing over bragging rights. Check out this blog for plenty of soccer blog links (there is a link in the sidebar to the list of blogs in the feed): http://www.soccerblogs.net/

  17. Kelly says:

I would just google David Beckham. What’s that you say? There’s more to soccer than David Beckham? Really? Oh yeah…there’s also these guys: http://kellyology.blogspot.com/2006/06/world-cup-for-ladies.html

Oh and of course there’s my husband, who is my ultimate soccer hotty, well sort of…http://kellyology.blogspot.com/2006/06/crazy-world-cup-fanatic.html

  18. Scholiast says:

I follow soccer! Only I call it football… And my bluddy DevilMood (http://devilmood.blogspot.com) does too. But neither of us keep a strict football blog – we only mention it from time to time. Is that good enough….?
