Beth called a lady at the library the Deadwood word. I liked Beth before, but now I think I might love her.
You know how my friend Charlie sends me free stuff? The other day he sent me this Nature Valley Oats ‘N Honey and it is actually really good. I don’t mean to be a weirdo about it, but it is even better than their granola bars and I’ve been buying those for years. Gabe loved it too. He was like a commercial when he tasted it.
Yesterday in a one hour span both of my children vomited on me. Stupid post nasal drip. In a related story, if you throw up all of your coffee you still get a caffeine headache.

On a much more serious note – Rob (How About Two?) and his family have suffered a terrible loss. After only 11 short days they lost their son, Doss. In lieu of cards or flowers, they have set up a college fund for Doss’ twin sister Jorja. You can find all of the information here. I think it is a lovely celebration of Jorja’s life even in through the tragedy.

Poor Rob! I went over there the other day and was stunned when I saw the news.
I was totally like a commercial when I tasted the Fiber One bars that Charlie sent me. I still need to blog about them, but can’t figure out how to do it without sounding phony because I truly did love them that much.

Saw the news about Doss. I cannot begin to imagine the pain they are feeling right now.
Sorry the kids are sick. YUCKO! We should get together soon. Ever since our playdate Alex has been stomping around the house saying “mommy, I a t-rex!” Let’s see what else Ian can teach him.
