It Could Be Raining

Honestly, the flight wasn’t bad. Going through the airport security line was slightly hectic, especially considering it was the day after the whole Glasgow terrorist thing and Ian was involved. He wanted to run back and forth through the metal detector. Who can blame him?

The flight itself was fairly uneventful. This is a good thing. In fact, when we were getting off of the plane several people remarked how good my kids were.

They must have missed the fight about who got to sit by the window.

I didn’t get a chance to take any pictures, but I’ll try to get some on the way back.

Oh yeah, Claudia won the window seat fight. She is way meaner.

  1. Oh no! Ian was involved in the Glasgow terrorist thing?

  2. Yeah, that came out all wrong didn’t it?

  3. My kids were ok on our flights too. I’m still surprised. And yeah-I think taking off shoes and putting back packs in the machine and then all walking thru the stuff was probably the most hectic.

  4. Just found your site and love it! I’ll be back.

  5. I have no doubt Claudia won the fight. Baylee is channeling her inner Claudia these days, too.

I still haven’t worked up the nerve to travel by plane with mine–even with my husband. He’s going to Vegas next week and I chose to sit it out just so I wouldn’t have to fly with them.

  6. My wife wants to fly to Hawaii with the boys. I think that may be the craziest idea she’s ever had.
