My son was sitting on the can one day and asked daddy if these were balls. He was holding said items in hand. His father had to restrain the hysterical laughter from coming out. He said they are called testicles.

My 2 yr old daughter heard the entire conversation and feels compelled to tell Daddy, Grampa, Gramma and me all the time that boys have PESTicles. With that emphasis. Perhaps they are pesty things to some. We may never know.
