My now-three year old was the biggest fan of Napoleon Dynamite that I've ever seen when he was a year old. I thought that it had to be detrimental to his development in some way, but there was no sex in the movie, no cursing, and well... really Nothing about anything in the movie. Yet he loved it. He also had an affinity for Cops for awhile too. Most recently, my *almost* 2 year old decided that her favorite movie in the entire world was going to be Little Shop of Horrors.
