  1. jodifur says:

Actually, no, a fetus is not a person.

And that answer IS NOT to start an abortion debate, there is actual case law on this issue.

Aren’t you glad you are friends with a lawyer?

  2. lacochran says:

I’m sure there are lawyers that would be happy to stand the case for you, if you were.

  3. Becky says:

    Are you pregnant with twins?!?

  4. Shash says:

    Two Questions:

    1. Will you be flying down to the FLA today? Please?

    2. Are you pregnant with twins?

    Carry on.

  5. Arwen says:

2 sets of twins sounds like lots of fun…with the right medications. Is there something you are trying to tell us?

  6. Kristin says:

Two sets? Shit! Long time, no post. I’m assuming you are just “wondering” not actually preggers.

    Merry Christmas!

  7. Erika Jurney says:

    Wait. Are you announcing something?

  8. You people are insane. I am through breeding. I was just wondering about in a – hey, I wonder if you are pregnant if you qualify for HOV… I wonder if you are pregnant with twins if you qualify for HOV3.

I didn’t say it was reasonable.

  9. Ree says:

hahahahhahahah. I loved the comments as much as the post.

And I (not a lawyer) would say, “Whythehellnot?”

;-) But maybe that’s just me.

  10. Nancy says:

Oh man. You scared me for a minute.

  11. tifRN says:

i was like “whoa, merry xmas INSANITY!” but then u denied. but merry xmas anyways.

  12. PunditMom says:

You had me wondering there for a minute, notwithstanding what I’d heard you say before about no more kids! :)

  13. TwoBusy says:

So… you’re saying you’re PLANNING to get pregnant with twins -again- if only to resolve this important HOV issue.

    Glad we cleared that up.

  14. I’d like the opportunity to try that one out on the local law enforcement peeps. That’s good.

  15. UrbanVox says:

    dunno…
    :)

  16. Well, I was going to say congrats, but then I read your comment and I guess I assumed wrong like many other people.

Why else would you ask such a question?

  17. merrymishaps says:

Totally unrelated comment … your version of “Rudolph” with Ian is very cute :)

  18. Rachel says:

I think it’s totally legal. Anyone pregnant with twins can do whatever the hell she wants……… And I think there’s case law to support that, too. :)

  19. Lela says:

Dang! That would have been a great ploy. Because really, what could a trooper say? But I guess that’s why they don’t allow it.
Thanks for stopping by After the Bubbly, Sarah. I love your banner! I’ll be back…

  20. jerseygirl89 says:

I have asked myself that questions so many times.

  21. Alicia says:

For all the pregnant women out there — I say Yes!

  22. Mocha Dad says:

My wife and I did it while she was pregnant. An officer pulled us over and asked, “Are you aware that you need three people to drive in the lane?” I merely looked at my wife’s pregnant belly and turned back to the officer. He waved us through.

  23. Carrie says:

Not sure if it’s legal or not, but it’d be a darn good excuse to try! :)
