    You know, it takes more guts to say “I can’t do it all” then to take on everything and lose yourself. Good for you in recognizing this and working to restore the balance.

    btw, the older I get, the more I think that the only people who don’t worry about balancing work and life are the ones who have a penis…..
    (just my opinion, I know there are exceptions)
