Hi, I am Sarah.

I live in the Washington DC Metro Area with my husband, six year old boy/girl twins (aka The Goon Squad) and two loud cats.

I was born in Ohio, I grew up in Tampa, went to college in Orlando and have been living in the D.C. suburbs since 2005.

Sarah and the Goon Squad is my internet home but you can also find me writing at Draft Day Suit, BlogHer, MamaPop,  and Sarah Reviews Stuff Here. I even have a tumblr blog, Hot Metal Street.

I do a lot of public speaking and if I look familiar it might be because I have been on panels at BlogHer, Mom 2.0, Blogs With Balls, The DC Social Media Club, Type-A Mom, BlogHer D.C. and Pittsburgh PodCamp.
